You can purchase a gift voucher either for a specific massage treatment or as a value-based voucher. We offer values of CZK 2,000, CZK 5,000, CZK 10,000, and CZK 25,000 (higher values come with special benefits).
When booking a treatment in our reservation system, simply enter the gift voucher number and PIN.
The voucher can also be redeemed by phone when booking a massage at +420 734 331 444.
Gift vouchers have no expiration date, so you can use them at any time.
The gift voucher is not issued to a specific name (the elegant envelope is used for personalization). Therefore, anyone who receives the voucher can use it.
The PIN is a unique numeric code assigned to each voucher. It is used for identification and verification of validity. To redeem the voucher, both the voucher number and PIN must be entered. We recommend not sharing the PIN with anyone.
After creating an Escape VIP account, you can convert a value voucher into credit. This credit can then be used to pay for any treatment. If you choose a treatment that costs more than the value of the voucher, you can easily pay the difference.
If you lose your voucher, please contact us. We will try to locate it in our system. We will need as much information about the purchase as possible, such as the date and time of purchase or the type of voucher. For this reason, we recommend purchasing vouchers through an Escape VIP account, which allows for quick and easy order retrieval.
You will receive your gift voucher no later than within 3 business days of purchase. If you need it sooner, we can prepare it for you immediately at our reception.
For postal delivery, we recommend ordering the voucher well in advance. If you need the voucher urgently, you can always pick it up in person at our salon, where we will prepare it for you on the spot.
