Do you need effective rest after athletic training? Sports massage brings relaxation to stressed body parts and in-depth muscle regeneration. Its intensity ranks among the harder massages. The procedure is designed as an oil massage of the whole body. However, female therapists can focus on the most stressed muscle groups upon request.
Details
- The procedure targets deeper layers of muscle tissue. The therapist exerts more pressure on stiff and overloaded muscles, often with her elbows or forearms.
- We use natural argan oil with menthol, rosemary, and coffee extracts during the massage.
- Herbal extracts perfuse the skin and penetrate deep into the muscles, where they have a regenerative effect. They also relieve joint pain.
- Coffee extracts help with skin cleansing and hydration and contribute to the relaxation of the body and mind.
- Thanks to the stimulation of blood circulation, harmful toxins are eliminated from muscles, joints and tissues during sports massage.
General information
- During the massage, you will lie on the bed in your underwear or naked (recommended for maximum comfort). Women are advised to remove their bras for greater comfort. Cover your private parts with a provided towel.
- Disposable underwear is available, or you can stay in your own. Please bear in mind that there is a risk of soiling your clothes due to the use of oils.
- When you are ready to start the massage, lie on your stomach on the bed and wait for the masseuse to arrive.
- Adjust the massage’s intensity with the therapist using the password SOFT (for a gentler massage) or STRONG (for a stronger massage).
- We recommend you skip the shower after the massage to give the beneficial oils time to absorb. Wipe off excess oil with a towel.
- Afterwards, relax in the reception area with a cup of herbal tea.
